Getting Started: Connect Your First Integration
Integrations connect your social accounts to the app so you can choose destinations when you create or publish content. Without at least one connected integration, posts can be saved but they cannot be sent to a channel.
What you will complete
- Connect one provider account (for example LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, or TikTok).
- Confirm that account appears as connected in the Integrations screen.
Before you start
- Use a login that has permission to post on the target account or page.
- If the provider asks for permissions, approve all requested posting scopes.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
- Find the platform you want to connect and click Connect.
- Sign in to that platform and approve the requested permissions.
- Return to Integrations and verify the account shows as connected.
- If Manage is shown for that provider, open it and confirm your destination (page/profile/board) is enabled.
After this
Open Create Post and check that the connected destination is now selectable in Content Settings.
